Have Over 20 years’ experience in leading teams, has facilitated culture value assessment and interpretation, strategic planning in the public and private sectors to include Kentrade, IRA, Kengen, KTB, Kiambu Public Service Board, Eldowas, Kenya Power, Kijabe and Nairobi Hospitals, Regional Centre for mapping Resources for Development (RCMRD) and Resolution Insurance among many.

This has caused the organisations to achieve 30% revenue growth in 6 months (Manufacturing),5% growth in employee productivity in 6 months (NGO) and a consistent annual growth of 26% (Health sector) cross team corroborations (Public)in the last 3 years..
